Arabic/English Translator Patient Coordinator Medical Tourism

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with Gulf country patients (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain) in Arabic & English via WhatsApp, chat, and calls.
  • Translate and explain treatment details, hospital packages, and visa requirements to patients.
  • Handle patient inquiries, collect medical reports, and coordinate with hospitals in Bangalore.
  • Guide patients step by step from consultation to travel and hospital admission.
  • Maintain proper record of patient interactions (WhatsApp + calls).
  • Support with scheduling appointments, airport pickup, and other assistance when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Must be fluent in Arabic (spoken & written) + English.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Freshers welcome; experience in translation, customer support, or healthcare coordination is a plus.
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp, phone calls, and basic computer work.
  • Should be responsible, polite, and patient-friendly.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Fixed Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 per month (depending on experience)
  • Commission / Incentives per converted patient
  • Work Mode: Remote (Work from Home)
