HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant departments.
- Handle the complete onboarding process for new employees.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain joining documentation.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Prepare and manage employee ID cards and visiting cards.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Handle telephonic conversations with senior management and candidates.
- Communicate company policies and updates to employees.
- Performance & Incentives:
- Prepare and maintain incentive sheets and performance data.
- Draft and issue warning letters or emails as per management instructions.
- Support HR and administrative functions as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
- min 1 year of experience in HR operations/recruitment (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹19, ₹30,000.00 per month
