Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune for a Sales Manager-Real Estate-Residential & Commercial at First Door Realty LLP. The role involves overseeing residential and commercial property transactions, managing property portfolios, engaging with clients, and ensuring smooth lease administration processes. You will cultivate client relationships, analyze market trends, provide strategic advice, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Property sales
  • Proficiency with Real Estate sales and transactions
  • Knowledge and expertise in Residential & Commercial Real Estate
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively engage clients and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to analyze market trends and provide informed recommendations
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects efficiently
  • Relevant experience in real estate management and a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
