Associate Manager / Assistant Manager Quality

Location- Kundli Haryana

Exp-2-6 Years (Immediate Joiner Only )

Qualification : B.E in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics

Industry Preference – Manufacturing

Roles & Responsibility

  • Quality Systems Development and Implementation:
  • Work hand in hand with manufacturers to establish quality control processes, including incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final product testing at Vendor end to meet industry standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
  • Product Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct thorough quality audits and inspections to ensure product conformance to specifications and customer requirements.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and root causes of quality issues.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality problems and prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve product design and manufacturing processes.
  • Vendor Quality Management:
  • Develop and manage Vendor quality programs, including supplier qualification, performance evaluation, and corrective action.
  • Conduct Vendor audits to assess quality systems and capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with Vendor quality requirements.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Guide and mentor, a team of quality assurance professionals of Vendors.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the quality knowledge and skills of the team.
  • Foster a culture of quality excellence within the organization.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications (e.g., BIS, BEE, IEC).
  • New Product Development:
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to define quality standards and test parameters for new products.
  • Conduct pilot runs and quality assessments during the product development phase & Ensure smooth transition of new products into mass production.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects through applicable problem solving methodologies.
