Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate project managers, designers, and site teams.
  • Drive business growth through client relationship management and new business development.
  • Collaborate with design and execution teams to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement business strategies, policies, and processes for operational efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.
  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience (for GM) / 5+ years (for AGM) in the interior design, construction, or fit-out industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Business development acumen with a track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and interior design processes.
