  • Reads working drawings, BOQs, Contract, Specifications
  • Quantification of materials required for the project and informing concerned Dept. for material indents
  • Calculate quantities from AutoCAD drawings and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Executing project schedule & update project activities on weekly basis
  • Calculating quantities of work completed / to be completed, from working drawings
  • Interaction with architects and PMCs
  • Taking inputs and records, work in progress from Site Engineers
  • For Non-Tender items, ascertaining the quantity of work done, carrying out rate analysis and submission through PM for Client Approval
  • Material reconciliation for materials supplied & used at site for each project
  • Keeping track of and Reporting on wastages in use of materials
  • Inspection of quality of work at site and assuring required progress of work.
  • Preparation & checking of all bills related to projects
  • Identifying and developing alternate vendor source for achieving cost effective purchase of equipment and accessories and timely delivery to minimize the project cost.
  • Ensuring equipment and materials received are in accordance with quality and quantity
  • To carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs and sales.
  • Closure of Running Account bills and Final Bills with respect to the Contract Agreement and Work order
  • Prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts.
