Job Title: MEP Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4 to 5 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled MEP Quantity Surveyor with 4-5 years of experience to manage quantity take-offs, cost estimation, billing, and vendor coordination for MEP works. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in commercial or hospitality projects and strong knowledge of MEP systems and BOQ preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quantity take-offs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting works
  • Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and tendering
  • Verify contractor/vendor bills and ensure alignment with work progress
  • Review and validate MEP drawings and specifications for billing accuracy
  • Coordinate with site, procurement, and project teams for cost control and documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in MEP quantity surveying
  • Strong understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, and billing procedures
  • Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software
  • Good communication and coordination skills
