· JOB DESCRIPTION

Working in an international environment and global Clients

· Independent management of the projects;

· Supervision over all phases of the project implementation (design, testing, implementation and support);

· Cooperation with the internal departments of strategy, creation, and technology;

· Preparation of project documentation (cost estimate, schedule, reports, client statuses, etc.);

· Delegating tasks, briefing appropriate teams and verifying the correctness of task performance.

· Running projects using production automation tools and methodologies (JIRA, Agile, other internal tools)

· Owning regular, timely updates on project progress to the client

· Verification of definition of ready and definition of done for provided inputs and received deliverables

· Tracking relevant KPIs, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and issues/risks flagging

Qualifications

· Minimum 5+ years of experience in the digital/eCommerce industry or in a similar position in an independent, client-facing role

· Project management methodologies knowledge

· Experience in time scheduling, requirements analysis and experience with work automation tools

· Experience in running eCommerce or digital projects (content production, websites, landing page, newsletters, iMedia)

· Understanding of eCommerce content fundamentals (content best practices, accessibility principles, key global retailers capabilities and requirements)

· Ability to organize work and build good relationships and efficient communication with business owners of the project (customer / customer service)

· Very strong English

· Following trends in the world of digital marketing, eCommerce and new technologies.

· Experience in working with tools that improve cooperation between teams, such as Jira, Confluence, Teams.

· Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

· Pro-activeness and solution-oriented approach in day-to-day work
