Role & responsibilities

  • Ability to manage employees payroll records.
  • Should be able to establish controls to ensure error free & timely payroll deliverables.
  • Ability to manage complex payroll groups independently.
  • Ability to understand the request from units and share the payroll reports.
  • Ability to handle multiple payroll POCs at the same time.
  • Should come up with process improvement Ideas resulting in reduction in efforts/ cost/ time.
  • Should be able to establish relationship with the internal and external clients- units.
  • Managing payroll vendor.
  • Managing statutory deliverables such as PF, ESI challangeneration along with TDS filling.
  • Year end activities such as Investment proof collection , form 16 generation.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Regulatory and legislative knowledge in aligned service area.
  • Compliance knowledge regarding organization procedures.
  • Absolute understanding of End to end HR Process & Policies.
