About the Role

We are looking for a
dynamic Senior Event Manager
who is passionate about creating
memorable experiential events
. This role is perfect for someone who understands the
end-to-end event process
from
conceptualization and client servicing
to
production setup, costing, and flawless execution
. You will be the driving force behind delivering impactful events for some of our top clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead, and execute
    experiential events from brief to final delivery.
  • Serve as the
    primary client liaison
    , managing expectations and building long-term relationships.
  • Create, monitor, and manage event budgets
    , ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Oversee
    production, setup, and on-ground execution
    , coordinating with vendors, designers, and internal teams.
  • Bring
    innovative ideas and market insights
    to enhance event concepts and client proposals.
  • Prepare detailed
    event reports and post-event evaluations
    to measure success and areas for improvement.
  • Mentor and collaborate with junior team members to foster a high-performance event team culture.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 4–7 years of proven experience
    in managing corporate or experiential events.
  • Strong understanding of
    event production and setup workflows
    .
  • Hands-on experience in
    costing, budgeting, and vendor management
    .
  • Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and client servicing
    skills.
  • Ability to work in a
    fast-paced environment
    and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

    in event experiences.
