About the Role:
NCR Eduservices Pvt. Ltd. is hiring International Support Specialist for one of our prestigious UK-based clients. The role focuses on providing real-time technical support during online examinations, ensuring smooth exam delivery and prompt issue resolution via Freshdesk, chat, and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live online examinations and handle real-time issues using Freshdesk.
- Respond to support tickets, emails, and live chat queries.
- Escalate unresolved or critical issues to Tier 2 Support.
- Coordinate with Examination Coordinators and Technical Teams for issue resolution.
- Generate or validate exam codes based on standard procedures.
- Accurately document support interactions and maintain logs.
- Ensure SLA compliance and deliver a high standard of customer service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 4-5 years in Customer Support / Helpdesk / Technical Support.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Tools: Hands-on experience with Freshdesk or similar ticketing platforms.
- Tech Skills: Basic computer troubleshooting proficiency.
- Interpersonal: Strong coordination, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
