About the Role:

NCR Eduservices Pvt. Ltd. is hiring International Support Specialist for one of our prestigious UK-based clients. The role focuses on providing real-time technical support during online examinations, ensuring smooth exam delivery and prompt issue resolution via Freshdesk, chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor live online examinations and handle real-time issues using Freshdesk.
  • Respond to support tickets, emails, and live chat queries.
  • Escalate unresolved or critical issues to Tier 2 Support.
  • Coordinate with Examination Coordinators and Technical Teams for issue resolution.
  • Generate or validate exam codes based on standard procedures.
  • Accurately document support interactions and maintain logs.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and deliver a high standard of customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4-5 years in Customer Support / Helpdesk / Technical Support.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Tools: Hands-on experience with Freshdesk or similar ticketing platforms.
  • Tech Skills: Basic computer troubleshooting proficiency.
  • Interpersonal: Strong coordination, multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
