We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Salon Manager to take charge of our Toni&Guy salon in Thiruvalla. If you have experience in the beauty industry and love creating great client experiences, this role is for you.

Location: Toni&Guy, Thiruvalla

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Joining: Immediate

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee the daily functioning of the salon and ensure a smooth customer flow.
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with the stylist team, assist with appointments, and manage walk-ins.
  • Track daily sales, targets, and ensure proper reporting to management.
  • Maintain grooming standards, hygiene, and the professional ambience of the salon.
  • Handle basic staff coordination, leave planning, and performance support.

What We Expect:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a salon or beauty industry role.
  • Strong communication skills and a welcoming personality.
  • Ability to handle clients confidently and professionally.
  • Good customer service background and problem-solving attitude.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (Malayalam is a plus).
  • Well-groomed, punctual, and responsible.
