We're Hiring – Front Desk Receptionist (Toni&Guy, Thiruvalla)

We are looking for a well-presented and customer-friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our Toni&Guy salon in Thiruvalla. If you enjoy interacting with clients and creating a warm experience, this role is perfect for you.

Location: Toni&Guy, Thiruvalla

Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet clients warmly as they enter the salon.
  • Manage appointments, walk-ins, and client scheduling.
  • Maintain client records and update CRM/software regularly.
  • Coordinate with stylists and salon staff for smooth daily operations.
  • Handle phone inquiries, billing, payments, and service details.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and professional at all times.
  • Support customer feedback handling and ensure a pleasant client experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in front desk / customer service (Salon or hospitality preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality.
  • Fluent in English & Hindi (Malayalam is a plus).
  • Basic computer knowledge for billing & booking systems.
  • Well-groomed, punctual, and professional in appearance.

Salary:

Salary will be discussed based on experience and skills.
