  • Client consultation: Discuss client preferences, analyze hair type and condition, and recommend suitable cuts, styles, and colors based on face shape and features.
  • Hair cutting and styling: Perform a variety of cuts (e.g., layers, fades, bobs) and create styles for everyday and special occasions using tools like scissors, trimmers, and blow dryers.
  • Hair coloring and treatments: Apply hair color (e.g., highlights, balayage), perform root retouching, and provide treatments such as rebonding, keratin, and scalp massages.
  • Client education and product sales: Advise clients on hair care products and routines, and cross-sell products for home use.
  • Salon maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the workstation and tools, manage appointments, and maintain inventory of products.
