Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Lead the implementation of internal control frameworks across procurement functions in alignment with IFF's global policies and SOX compliance requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify control gaps in procurement, vendor management, contract lifecycle, and payment processes.
  • Collaborate with global and regional procurement teams to ensure adherence to internal policies, ethical sourcing standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor procurement transactions and approvals to detect anomalies, prevent fraud, and ensure transparency.
  • Support internal and external audits, including documentation, walkthroughs, and remediation of findings.
  • Drive automation and digitalization of procurement controls using IFF's ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Zycus).
  • Provide training and guidance to procurement teams on internal control best practices and compliance expectations.
  • Develop and report on procurement control KPIs and dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, sustainability, and continuous improvement within procurement operations.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, or any other relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in procurement, internal controls, or audit, preferably within a multinational, manufacturing, or life sciences organization.
  • Strong understanding of global procurement practices, third-party risk management, and ethical sourcing, especially in regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with IFF's ERP ecosystem, including SAP S/4HANA, Zycus, and Coupa, and experience in leveraging these platforms for control automation.
  • Excellent knowledge of sustainability and procurement controls, aligning with IFF's commitment to responsible sourcing and environmental stewardship.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and educate non-financial stakeholders on control requirements.
  • Flexible to work in shift timings to support multiple regions.

How Would You Stand Out?

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
  • Experience working with SOX compliance, COSO framework, and enterprise risk management (ERM).
  • Leadership experience of 1-2 years is preferred.
