Engineer, Wintel Compliance

About the client : One of our client is seeking an Engineer, Wintel Compliance to drive the maintenance of controls for Operating Systems, SCCM and Infra Changes. The client's focus is to defend business operations and to avoid any deficiencies, across our lines of business and alongside our technology, compliance, and legal functions.   Location : Bangalore office   Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Monitor and review   - Operating Systems, SCCM for the user access and privileged access controls   - The implemented infrastructure change management process Monitor day to day operational level Infra access controls, including Active Directory,   Operating Systems and Patch Management Collate evidence proactively and as requested by IT Compliance across all in scope systems for the following processes: manage change, manage access, manage IT operations. Actively learn the Infra systems and security framework to respond in a timely manner to all IT audit related questions by IT Compliance and act as a first line of support for IT audits. Collaborate with Helpdesk and Infra teams for review of IT accounts during user access reviews Suggest improvements on process and architecture. Assist with obtaining complete system generated user listing(s) utilized as part of the IT user access review and user comparison to comply with IT audit procedures  Assist with obtaining complete system generated change listing(s) utilized as part of the   IT change management to comply with IT audit procedures Raise tickets for any action resulting from the periodic user access review and user comparison, as well as assist with performing a lookback analysis Person Specification   Technical Expertise (Mandatory) Strong understanding of - Active Directory administration - At least one of the following security frameworks is required: SOX, ISO 27001, SOC 1,Type 2 Understanding on Compliance requirements , GPO, NFS, DNS, SMTP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN,       LDAP Experience on  - Wintel controls and access risk management   - Windows Server administration (2016/ virtualization technology (Hyper-V and VMware)  - SCCM, CMG, Antivirus, MBAM, SQL, Printer and TFS administration  - Patch Management and Capacity Management. Knowledge on - SSL Certification & Binding with hosted application servers ,ADFS, AD connect and MFA. - IT Asset inventory & Vendor Management and IT Security Compliance audit & relevant   Documentation - DR and BCP, on Cloud technology (Azure Services and Office 365 administration)   Be able to recognize the vulnerabilities and efficiency opportunities across Enterprise   Infrastructure in a complex corporate environment.  Awareness of various security technologies and protocols such as VPN, TLS/SSL    (HTTPS/FTP over SSL, etc.), MFA/2FA, Firewall policy controls, and PKI   Desired Skills (Mandatory) Knowledge of SOX compliance and risk management, applicable regulations, audit controls and reporting  Exposure to IT Helpdesk ticketing system Skills and Abilities Mandatory Ability to synthesize complex ideas into workable solutions ,plan ahead and work flexibly to meet deadlines Problem solving and analytical skills Strong, effective written and verbal communication skills, and proven ability to translate security and risk to all levels of the business Excellent stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with project managers and technical teams Proficient usage of MS Office suite.
