Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site or remote Regulatory Compliance Engineer role located in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include analyzing product designs to ensure adherence to regulatory standards, conducting compliance assessments, and preparing technical documentation. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams for product testing and safety assessments, staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements, and participating in audits and certification processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong experience of about 2-4 years in Product Compliance and Regulatory Compliance, ensuring products meet global standards and regulations.
  • Proficient Analytical Skills for problem-solving, root cause analysis, and data interpretation to improve compliance processes.
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present compliance findings effectively.
  • Experience in Product Safety standards and practices, including safety assessments and certifications.
  • Familiarity with industries like aerospace, defense, automotive, or electronics is an advantage.
  • Certifications in regulatory compliance or product safety are a plus.
