Electrician Instructor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable ITI Electrician Instructor to join our institute. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, teaching ability, and a passion for skill development. Candidates with Craftsman Training Scheme (CTS) certification will be given top priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct theory and practical classes for Electrician trade as per NCVT/SCVT norms.
• Prepare lesson plans, training schedules, and assessments.
• Demonstrate electrical tools, equipment, and safety practices.
• Guide trainees in practical projects, wiring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation reports.
• Support in managing workshops, tools, and lab equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and training standards.

Qualifications

• ITI Electrician + NTC / NAC
• CTI / CITS (preferred)
• Diploma or relevant qualification is an added advantage
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching or industry experience

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, motors, and control circuits
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to handle practical sessions effectively
• Familiarity with NCVT syllabus and training modules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
