Electrician Instructor

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct theory and practical classes for Electrician trade as per NCVT/SCVT norms.
- Prepare lesson plans, training schedules, and assessments.
- Demonstrate electrical tools, equipment, and safety practices.
- Guide trainees in practical projects, wiring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation reports.
- Support in managing workshops, tools, and lab equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and training standards.

**Qualifications**
- **ITI Electrician** + **NTC / NAC**:

- **CTI / CITS (preferred)**:

- Diploma or relevant qualification is an added advantage
- Minimum **2-3 years of teaching or industry experience**

**Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, motors, and control circuits
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle practical sessions effectively
- Familiarity with NCVT syllabus and training modules

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
