Electrician Instructor

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable ITI Electrician Instructor to join our institute The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise teaching ability and a passion for skill development Candidates with Craftsman Training Scheme CTS certification will be given top priority Key Responsibilities Conduct theory and practical classes for Electrician trade as per NCVT SCVT norms Prepare lesson plans training schedules and assessments Demonstrate electrical tools equipment and safety practices Guide trainees in practical projects wiring maintenance and troubleshooting Maintain training records attendance and evaluation reports Support in managing workshops tools and lab equipment Ensure compliance with all safety and training standards Qualifications ITI Electrician NTC NAC CTI CITS preferred Diploma or relevant qualification is an added advantage Minimum 2-3 years of teaching or industry experience Skills Required Strong knowledge of electrical systems wiring motors and control circuits Good communication and presentation skills Ability to handle practical sessions effectively Familiarity with NCVT syllabus and training modules Job Type Full-time Pay 8 086 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
