About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with at least 3 years of proven expertise in managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of our organization and supporting business decisions through accurate financial data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax filings, and financial regulations.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation.
  • Implement and maintain accounting controls and procedures.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
