The Founders' Office acts as the nerve centre for strategy, operations, and high-impact projects. As an intern in the Founders' Office, you'll have exposure to almost every function of the business and work closely with the leadership team on pivotal initiatives.
Position Overview:
The Intern to the CEO will be a crucial member of our team, responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the company's founder. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be adept at multitasking and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
As an intern you need to understand and support the day-to-day requirements of the CEO's Office.
- Administrative Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the founder. Ensure all logistics are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the founder and internal/external stakeholders. Screen and prioritize communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Ensure all necessary materials and resources are prepared for meetings.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Prepare briefing materials and ensure all documents are accurate and timely.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies and manage vendor relationships. Ensure the office environment is organized and professional.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- • Prioritize inquiries; making judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements
- Receiving calls, taking messages and routing email correspondence
- Manage and track CEO's extensive professional and personal contact network
Billing and collection reminder mails to clients when required
Qualifications & Skills::
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of the founder.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
