BNC has been mandated to recruit a Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager ( Fixed Assets) for a insurance industry based in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Heading Fixed Assets register of company

  • Managing Fixed Assets Insurance including renewal, addition/deletion, and claims

  • Create/dispose assets in Oracle Fusion & ensure GST invoices are issued accordingly

  • Ensure assets are properly tagged and recorded in system

  • Manage yearly fixed assets verification & coordinate with branches and vendors

  • Handle PO approval related to Fixed Assets after discussion with user function

  • Create MIS for Management related to Fixed Assets & other areas

  • Coordinate with various user departments for issue closures

Qualification:

  • MBA / M.Com / Semi-qualified with at least 5 years' experience in similar role

  • Good understanding of Accounting entries & principles

  • Good understanding of Fixed Assets accounting

  • Working knowledge of TDS and GST

  • MIS reporting, trackers etc.

  • Hands-on experience in MS Excel

  • Working experience in Oracle Fusion environment preferred
