Officer / AM / DM - Security

Objective : Ensuring the safety and security of premises, personnel, and assets, monitoring access, responding to emergencies and maintaining accurate records.

Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate security personnel. Check Guards height , weight, educational qualification

Ensure attrition less than 5%

Ensure no post left vacant

Ensure no local guards employed unless exemption approved by HoD

Ensure no security breaches related to unauthorized access. Monitoring and controlling access to premises, verifying visitor identification, and ensuring authorized personnel entry.

Ensure no thefts

Ensure all material movement is checked & verified and record maintained

Ensure all laborers / contractual employees are frisked

Investigation are promptly undertaken & closed well in time with recommended measures implemented

Preparing Reports: Generating detailed reports on incidents, security breaches, and other relevant information.

Ensure Night Checks by service providers

Carry out minimum 02 night checks in a month

Maintain good liaison with locals

Provide Executive / promoter protection when required

Organize & conduct Reward & Recognition Program

Conduct Risk Assessments: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential security risks and vulnerabilities

Ensure no video / photography permitted, until exception approvals are there

Enforcing Rules and Regulations: Ensuring adherence by all with security rules, regulations, and procedures.

Staying Vigilant: Remaining alert and observant to identify and address potential security risks.

No Kabadi shops in near vicinity of the site

Promote Security Awareness: Foster a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.

Provide Training: Provide security training to guards, employees and other stakeholders.

Ensure complete documentation of guards ( Bio Data / Degree / Adhar Card / PF / ESIC / Medical Fitness Certificate)

Ensure guards are paid by 10th of the month

Ensure daily accurate & complete documentation of Registers kept at site

Monitoring of SLAs / Scope Of Work

Ensure all guards have Police Verification

Ensure vendor compliances as per PSARA for guard qualification, trainings

Audits : Ensure no non compliance points in internal / external audits

Ensure all reports are timely published - Daily /Monthly etc

Maintaining Records: Accurately documenting incidents, observations, and security-related activities

Ensure all registers are daily maintained, signed off by the Security Supervisor and SO.

Ensure all security equipment at site is functional ( Barriers / CCTVs / hand held metal detectors / Torches / Walkie Talkie/ Breath Analyzers/ Megaphones)

Ensure all visitors sign consent form and are escorted

Providing Assistance: Offering assistance to visitors, staff, and other individuals in a courteous and helpful manner.

Physical Fitness: Maintaining a level of physical fitness necessary to perform duties effectively, including responding to emergencies.

Continuous learning & development through self study/ professional courses

Ensure adherence to the budget allocated
