Job DetailsThe primary responsibility of this role is to design, develop, and execute automated and manual test plans to ensure that our Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations meet business requirements and maintain high-quality standards. This includes validating workflows, validation rules, Apex classes and triggers, and both the Lightning and Classic interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, create, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce repetitive manual testing and increase efficiency
Conduct a variety of testing, including functional, regression, smoke, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to identify defects and ensure the stability of new and existing features.
Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tools such as Jira or a similar bug-tracking system.[2]
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure they are testable.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Test data migration and integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Salesforce QA role with a focus on automation.
Proven experience with automated testing tools for Salesforce, such as Selenium, Provar, or similar frameworks.
Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM concepts, objects, and workflows.
Proficiency with test case management and bug tracking tools.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role.
Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator or Platform App Builder, are highly desirable.
