Job Description

Experience:

  • 2–4 years in Salesforce QA/Manual Testing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Salesforce Sales Cloud applications, ensuring alignment with functional requirements and business workflows.
  • Design, develop, and execute manual test cases and scripts.
  • Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot defects, working closely with developers and business analysts.
  • Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, reports, and defect logs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and ensure end-to-end testing coverage.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Knowledge: Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM concepts, standard/custom objects, data models, and Sales Cloud workflows.
  • Manual Testing Expertise: Strong background in manual testing with experience in designing, executing, and maintaining test cases.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving ability, with keen attention to detail.
  • Agile/Scrum: Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
