Maintain records of verification results and escalate discrepancies or suspicious documents to the concerned department. Communicate with internal teams or external clients for clarification or additional documentation, if needed. Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on verification status and outcomes. Stay updated on changes in verification policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
