Accreditation Support Assistant (Full-Time, On-Site)

Salary: ₹25,000/month (CTC)

Monthly Bonus : Eligible after confirmation

Shift and Time: India Standard Time, 9am to 6pm

We're a Global Accreditation Body seeking a detail-oriented Accreditation Support Assistant to keep our assessment process running smoothly.

About the Role:

As an Accreditation Support Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate submission and evaluation of assessment materials. You'll be the bridge between assessors, clients, and internal teams, helping maintain the highest standards of global accreditation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and monitor submission of assessment materials to meet deadlines.
  • Evaluate assessment materials for completeness and compliance with company guidelines.
  • Submit reviewed materials to the Accreditation Review Committee for final approval.
  • Communicate with assessors regarding missing components or unresolved issues.
  • Coordinate with headquarters on any delinquent issues involving assessors or clients.
  • Monitor assessment data and trends to ensure ongoing compliance and accuracy.

  • Clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal English).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a professional office setting is a plus.
