Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Client Coordinator with 2-3 years of experience in the BIM/AEC industry, specifically engaging with both national and international clients. This role is crucial for serving as the primary point of contact between our technical BIM teams and our diverse global clientele, ensuring project requirements are clearly communicated, managed, and delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Act as the main liaison for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships across different geographical markets.

Project Coordination:

Facilitate clear and timely communication between the client, internal BIM modeling/coordination teams, and project management.

Requirements Gathering:

Interpret and translate client requirements, including project brief, BIM Execution Plan (BEP) specifics, and scope changes, into clear internal work instructions.

Documentation and Reporting:

Manage project-related documentation, track client feedback, and provide regular progress reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Quality Assurance Support:

Work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure that deliverables (3D models, drawings, clash reports, etc.) a lign with client specifications and international industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650, specific country codes).

Support Business Development:

Assist the Business Development team in preparing proposals, presentations, and scope of work documents for new national and international opportunities.

Problem Resolution:

Proactively identify and assist in resolving client issues or concerns related to project delivery, schedules, or technical clarification.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in a client-facing or coordination role within the BIM or AEC industry.

Market Exposure: Demonstrated experience working with clients and projects in both the national (e.g., Indian) and international markets (e.g., USA, UK, Middle East).

BIM Knowledge: Basic understanding of the BIM process, including LOD (Level of Development), common BIM software (Revit, Navisworks), and clash detection workflows.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, a high degree of professionalism, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management or CRM software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
