Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse and order fulfilment operations. The role involves handling inventory accuracy, Unicommerce operations, marketplace order processing (B2B & B2C), Returns for marketplaces, 3PL coordination and ensuring smooth dispatches with strong QC focus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory & Warehouse Operations

  • Manage daily inward and outward entries with 100% accuracy
  • Prepare and share GRNs with accounts and internal teams
  • Conduct weekly cycle counts & assist in month-end closing
  • Monitor shelf life & ensure FIFO adherence

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Process marketplace orders (B2C) on Unicommerce with QC checks
  • Handle marketplace PO processing (B2B) including packing slips and dockets
  • Create dispatch documents, coordinate pickups, track shipments
  • Raise disputes for RTO/RTV cases with courier partners & marketplaces

3. 3PL Coordination

  • Oversee stock movements to and from 3PLs
  • Ensure timely dispatches and stock accuracy reports
  • Maintain tracking and follow up on any discrepancies

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain inward/outward reports, PO tracker & stock sheets
  • Prepare monthly packaging consumption report
  • Share daily operational updates with the central team

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in D2C operations
  • Strong working knowledge of Unicommerce (mandatory)
  • Good understanding of marketplaces, invoicing & dispatch workflows
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience in handling 3PL, RTO, RTV & QC processes
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined and good communication skills
