We are looking for an Operations Executive to work with a leading advertising agency in Mumbai

Job Overview:

The Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day operations across all departments within the agency. This role involves coordinating between creative, client servicing, production, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, vendor management, and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end execution of advertising and marketing projects.
  • Liaise with internal teams (creative, accounts, production) to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Support client servicing teams with timelines, vendor coordination, and logistics.
  • Manage vendor relations, quotations, and ensure quality and cost control.
  • Track ongoing jobs, maintain status reports, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Oversee production processes — printing, fabrication, events, or digital deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, budgets, and client requirements.
  • Maintain project documentation, invoices, and approvals.
  • Assist in resource planning and allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Resolve any workflow or production bottlenecks proactively.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of advertising production processes (print, outdoor, digital, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of budgeting and vendor management.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, production, or project coordination (preferably in an advertising or marketing agency).
