The Role

As our Finance Manager, you won't just be crunching numbers; you'll be a strategic partner to the business. You will take ownership of our day-to-day financial operations while also playing a crucial role in high-impact projects, including M&A activities, investor relations, and business planning. You will be at the heart of our financial engine, ensuring its efficiency, compliance, and strategic alignment with our global ambitions.

What You'll Do:

  • Financial Operations:
     Manage and streamline day-to-day accounting functions, including invoicing, collections, and vendor management.
  • Global Coordination:
     Collaborate seamlessly with our accountants across overseas locations to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Audit & Compliance:
     Lead the end-to-end audit process, ensuring adherence to international accounting standards.
  • Strategic Insights:
     Develop and deliver monthly MIS reports, conduct margin analysis, and create sophisticated pricing models for our SaaS products.
  • Business Partnership:
     Actively contribute to business plans, support M&A due diligence, and assist with investor relations.
  • System Implementation:
     Spearhead the implementation of new financial systems and CRMs, like Zoho Finance, to drive efficiency and scalability.

Who You Are:

  • A qualified finance professional (CA, CPA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent) with 5+ years of progressive experience, preferably in the software/SaaS industry.
  • Hands-on experience with international accounting standards and managing multi-location financial operations.
  • A strategic thinker with proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and SaaS pricing models.
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience implementing financial software systems.
  • An excellent communicator and collaborator, capable of building strong relationships across the organization.
  • Experience with M&A, due diligence, and investor relations is a significant plus.
