We're Hiring: Cluster Manager - EV 3-Wheeler Financing (Sales & Collections). Location: Delhi / Bangalore. Company: cKers Finance. cKers Finance is a fast-growing NBFC focused on clean mobility and sustainability finance. We've already financed 5,000+ electric vehicles and are scaling rapidly-aiming to finance another 5,000 electric three-wheelers in the next 12 months. If you're passionate about EVs, sales leadership, and building high-performance teams, this role is for you. What You'll Do:- Drive sales & disbursement targets for EV 3-wheeler loans.- Expand business across new markets and geographies.- Build strong relationships with OEMs, dealers & channel partners.- Lead, train & manage a team of Sales Managers/Executives.- Ensure portfolio quality, manage collections & keep NPAs low.- Collaborate with credit, risk & operations teams for smooth processing.- Track market trends and provide insights for strategy.- Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy & timely reporting. Who We're Looking For:- 7+ years in retail lending / CV financing.- 2-3 years in a managerial role.- Strong experience in vehicle financing (CV/EV strongly preferred).- Understanding of the 3-wheeler market (loaders & passenger).- High-energy, target-driven leadership skills.- Strong relationship-building & negotiation abilities.- Tech-savvy and comfortable with field travel.
