Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging directly with customers in the field to promote and sell our products/services. Your primary focus will be building strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit potential and existing customers to present products/services
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Identify new sales leads and convert them into customers
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Provide feedback from the field to help improve products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a field sales or similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in [insert relevant industry, e.g., retail, technology, healthcare, FMCG]
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
