Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities within
    industrial and warehouse sectors
    .
  • Generate and manage leads through field visits, client meetings, and networking.
  • Present and explain technical details of
    racking and storage systems
    to clients.
  • Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure project alignment with customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Prepare quotations, handle negotiations, and close deals.
  • For
    Senior Position:
  • Lead and guide the sales team.
  • Set monthly targets, track performance, and ensure consistent lead generation.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for business expansion.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven
    sales experience in the warehouse storage racking or material handling industry
    is a
    must
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    racking systems (pallet racks, mezzanine floors, shelving systems, etc.)
    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets and work independently in field environments.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Gujarat and nearby regions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings will be an added advantage.
