We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with strong experience in field sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role involves both B2B and B2C sales, with a focus on lead generation, deal closure, and maintaining strong client satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking.

Handle B2B and B2C sales activities and achieve assigned targets.

Generate own leads and manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to deal closing.

Negotiate and finalize deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.

Explain company products and benefits, highlighting competitive advantages.

Maintain strong, long-term client relationships through follow-ups and service.

Report daily (twice a day) to the Senior Sales Manager regarding activities, leads, and progress.

Attend weekly office meetings for performance reviews and planning.

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.

Collaborate with internal teams for smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of field sales experience in any industry.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Must have own vehicle and willingness to travel for field work.

Familiarity with CRM tools or basic reporting preferred.
