Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to handle on-field sales for our tea products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, expanding market reach, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit retail and wholesale outlets daily to promote and sell tea products.
  • Generate new leads and expand the distributor/dealer network.
  • Ensure product visibility and placement in retail stores.
  • Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report field activities regularly.

Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in Tea Sales or FMCG field sales preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Must have a two-wheeler and smartphone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11, ₹15,000.00 per month
