As a Sales Manager you will be specializing at Peter & Sons Game Development Studio. Peter & Sons is a game development studio formed by an international group of professionals and game enthusiasts with broad experience in mobile, play to earn casual game development and slot games. We work with world-class artists, programmers, mathematicians and musicians to produce some of the most innovative, creative, and entertaining casino games on the market.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking to recruit a a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As an ideal candidate you will have a proven track record of success in the iGaming market and a minimum of three years of sales experience. Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop targeted outreach strategies for attracting potential clients and expanding the company's portfolio.
Proactively identify and target new business opportunities within the iGaming industry to expand the company's market presence and revenue streams. Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to pinpoint areas of growth and emerging markets. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads within the iGaming sector.
Develop targeted outreach strategies for attracting potential clients and expanding the company's portfolio. Cultivate long-term, trusting relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, regularly checking in to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Develop strategies for retaining clients and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Facilitate regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, identify new needs, and strengthen the partnership. Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development, customer service, legal, and operations) to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales initiatives.
What we are looking for:Language: Hindi Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a sales role, with proven success in the iGaming industry. Track Record: Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets in competitive markets. Skills: Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building capabilities.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and partners. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of operators and the iGaming landscape. What's in it for YOU?
