What You'll Do

Project Management & Coordination

• Manage client projects from inception to delivery using AI-enhanced workflows
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and our AI agents for optimal project outcomes
• Ensure timely delivery with our signature "Customer First" approach

AI-Powered Content & Design

• Create compelling marketing materials using Canva and AI design tools
• Collaborate with LLMs for content creation, strategy development, and optimization
• Assist in developing AI-enhanced marketing campaigns

Technical Contribution

• Support web development projects (HTML, WordPress optimization, custom solutions)
• Contribute to coding tasks that enhance our AI-human collaboration systems
• Help maintain and improve our digital infrastructure

Client Communication

• Serve as a bridge between technical team members, AI assistants and clients
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and status updates
• Participate in client calls and strategy sessions

Who We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications

• Engineering Background (Any stream – B.Tech/B.E. preferred)
• Experience: 0-6 months of professional experience
• LLM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools
• Design Skills: Proficient in Canva with a good eye for visual aesthetics
• Language Skills: Excellent conversational English and Hindi (both written and verbal)

Highly Valued Skills

• Coding Experience: Any programming language (Python, JavaScript, PHP preferred)
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO, social media, or content marketing
• WordPress, HTML: Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress development/customization
