About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and deliver turnkey interior projects from initiation to completion. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site execution skills, client coordination ability, and a proven track record of handling corporate, retail, or commercial interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor all project activities to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
  • Review and understand all working drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
  • Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and work progress trackers.

Coordination & Communication:

  • Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and internal design & procurement teams.
  • Lead project review meetings and maintain transparent communication regarding progress, delays, and challenges.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure adherence to timelines and quality.

Site Management:

  • Supervise on-site work execution, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and safety norms.
  • Monitor material deliveries, work quality, and manpower deployment.
  • Ensure effective control over wastage, site discipline, and documentation.

Budget & Reporting:

  • Track project costs, verify contractor bills, and ensure budgetary control.
  • Maintain project documentation including daily progress reports, photographs, and material records.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports to management and clients.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and MEP coordination.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel, and project tracking tools.
  • Strong communication and client handling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and deliver under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture & Interior Design
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing Turnkey Interior Fit-Out Projects (Corporate / Commercial / Retail).
