Our client works at the intersection ofArtificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing, developing breakthrough solutions to some of the most complex challenges across industries.About The OpportunityWe are hiring an experienced Enterprise AI Sales Manager to lead quota‑bearing sales of bespoke AI solutions and professional services. This role focuses on complex, multi‑phase engagements—discovering strategic use cases, shaping solution architecture with technical teams, and closing high‑value contracts with C‑level and business unit stakeholders. Bengaluru‑based, full‑time role with regular travel to customer sites and international engagement.Role & ResponsibilitiesOwn and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for custom AI solution engagements across enterprise accounts.Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities by engaging CIOs, Chief Innovation Officers, heads of digital transformation, and enterprise business leaders.Lead discovery workshops to map business objectives to technical requirements and develop clear ROI-driven use cases.Create persuasive proposals and detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) that describe solution architecture, delivery roadmap, milestones, and commercial terms.Coordinate with solutions architects, data scientists, and delivery leads to validate scope, pricing, and implementation feasibility.Manage full sales cycles including RFP responses, procurement negotiations, CRM pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.Skills & QualificationsMust‑HaveBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.Proven quota‑carrying track record selling custom software, AI/ML services, or enterprise solution implementations.Strong experience in consultative selling, scoping multi‑phase projects, and closing enterprise deals.Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes including RFPs, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations.Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and solution patterns (NLP, CV, predictive analytics, recommendations).Willingness to travel ~30-40% and engage with international customers across multiple geographies.PreferredMBA or advanced business qualification from a reputed institution.Proven experience closing large professional services or systems integration deals (> $1M).Familiarity with generative AI / LLM-based solutions and enterprise integration patterns.Benefits & Culture HighlightsCompetitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure and performance incentives.Work with cutting‑edge AI teams and global enterprise customers across strategic transformation programs.High-growth, collaborative environment with clear career progression and visibility to executive leadership.Skills: custom ai development,consultative selling,innovation leaders,generative ai,solution selling,pipeline management,contract negotiation,enterprise saas selling,managing complex sales,ai solutions,large deals,strategic account
