Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and communications.
  • Coordinate executive and board meetings; prepare agendas, minutes, and presentations.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare executive reports, presentations, and correspondence with utmost discretion.
  • Track strategic initiatives and follow up on key action items.
  • Organize company-wide meetings and communicate updates on behalf of the CEO.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and filing systems efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
