Executive Assistant to Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and communications.
- Coordinate executive and board meetings; prepare agendas, minutes, and presentations.
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and correspondence with utmost discretion.
- Track strategic initiatives and follow up on key action items.
- Organize company-wide meetings and communicate updates on behalf of the CEO.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and filing systems efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
