**Position Overview:

As a product manager at Devkrushna Infotech, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, design, and sales to ensure that product solutions meet customer needs and drive business growth. Your primary goal will be to enhance the user experience and deliver high-quality, impactful products to the market.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful product releases. 

- Define clear product goals, KPIs, and success metrics based on market research, customer feedback, and business needs. 

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into product specifications, and prioritize features for development. 

- Work closely with design and engineering teams to create innovative and scalable product solutions. 

- Manage and maintain product roadmaps, adjusting priorities as necessary to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. 

- Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and make data-driven decisions for continuous product improvement. 

- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry. 

- Communicate product vision and updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company objectives. 

- Foster a customer-centric culture by championing the user experience in product development and enhancement.

**Requirements:

- Proven experience (X+ years) as a product manager or in a similar role, preferably in the IT or software development industry. 

- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, from concept to delivery. 

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. 

- Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). 

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 

- Familiarity with market trends, customer needs, and product metrics. 

- A degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

**Preferred Skills:

- Experience in managing digital or tech products. 

- Knowledge of UX/UI principles. 

- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving environments.
