  1. Project Planning & Execution

  2. Translate PRDs/BRDs and high-level architecture into structured project plans.

  3. Prepare timelines, sprint plans, resource allocation, and execution trackers.

  4. Ensure on-time delivery across parallel workstreams (frontend, backend, AI/LLM, infra).

  5. Cross-Functional Coordination

  6. Work closely with the 
    CEO, Head of Engineering, Tech Leads, QA, Design, and Business Team
    .

  7. Communicate requirements, blockers, and updates proactively.

  8. Conduct daily standups, weekly reviews, and milestone checkpoints.

  9. Documentation & Process Management

  10. Maintain project documentation (Jira/ClickUp, Notion, Confluence).

  11. Create clear specs for developers when required.

  12. Ensure SOPs, workflows, and project artefacts are always up-to-date.

  13. Risk Management & Problem Solving

  14. Identify delays, dependencies, and risks early.

  15. Escalate smartly and propose practical solutions.

  16. Ensure effort estimates and commitments are reasonable and aligned.

  17. Stakeholder Communication

  18. Prepare concise weekly reports for co-founders and clients.

  19. Manage expectation alignment with business, sales, and product teams.

  20. Ensure transparency of project progress and timelines.

  21. Quality & Delivery Ownership

  22. Coordinate QA cycles, UAT, and deployment timelines.

  23. Ensure deliverables meet technical, product, and user expectations.
  24. Track post-release improvements and ensure closure of pending items.

Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Understanding

  • Strong grasp of web/app development (React, Node, AWS, API workflows).
  • Ability to read and explain technical requirements (not necessarily code).
  • Comfortable working with AI/LLM projects, APIs, databases, and cloud deployments.

Project Management Excellence

  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and execution discipline.
  • Skilled in resource coordination for multi-module tech projects.

Communication & Leadership

  • Structured communicator; able to talk to engineers and founders clearly.
  • Ability to guide developers while respecting the co-founding tech leadership.
  • Emotionally mature and solution-driven.

  • Basic knowledge of version control (Git) is a plus.
