  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Write compelling copy and craft visual briefs that lead to high-performing ads.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and budgets (up to INR 10 Cr), ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Run A/B tests, decode metrics, and offer actionable insights to scale performance.
  • Stay sharp on media trends, platform updates, and evolving ad tech to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with brand and business objectives.

The Skills That Seal the Deal

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in paid media campaign management.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Exposure to GenAI tools for media planning, copy generation, or performance benchmarking.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
  • A mix of left-brain data logic and right-brain creative thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving on the fly.
