Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic freshers to join our BTL Marketing team. As a BTL Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting and executing on-ground marketing activities, events, and campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing BTL marketing campaigns such as roadshows, property exhibitions, street marketing, and promotional events.
  • Support the team in organizing onsite customer engagement activities and field marketing.
  • Coordinate with vendors and agencies for material procurement and event logistics.
  • Collect and maintain accurate data of leads and customer feedback during events.
  • Distribute marketing collateral and samples at events and other strategic locations.
  • Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Work closely with sales teams to support lead generation efforts.
  • Report campaign outcomes and suggest improvements for future activities.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate (Any discipline) with a keen interest in marketing and sales.
