Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Founding Member at Quantum Gaming, located in Kolkata. The Founding Member will take an integral role in establishing and scaling Quantum Gaming's operations and initiatives. Responsibilities include planning and executing tournaments, fostering partnerships, devising innovative marketing strategies, conducting in-depth market research, and building communication strategies to engage the gaming community. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to strategize opportunities and expand brand presence within the esports ecosystem.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, competition, and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders, partners, and the community
  • Proven experience in sales and building partnerships
  • Proficiency in marketing strategies and execution, with a focus on esports or gaming
  • Ability to conduct thorough research to support decision-making and strategy development
  • Entrepreneurial drive and proactive mindset for organizational growth
  • Passion for esports and the gaming industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
