Position Overview

You will have the unique opportunity to work with our cutting-edge robots and help shape the future of their capabilities. Data collection is a critical component of building robotic intelligence, and we're looking for operators who have a high degree of attention to detail, ability to learn and follow instructions for new setups and tasks quickly, and a problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Operate robotic systems for assigned tasks (e.g., packing, insertion, assembly, etc.).
  • Follow established procedures for teleoperation and data collection.
  • Maintain efficiency, safety, and instructional accuracy in robotic operations.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team leads to optimize workflow.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding workplace conduct and performance standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Physical ability to remain seated for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to communicate and follow instructions
  • Baseline technical literacy

Other Details

  • This role requires you to be available for a minimum of 3 8-hour shifts per week.
  • You will be expected to meet a bar of performance on both the quality and quantity of the data you collect.
