Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dehradun for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, overseeing production processes, supervising staff, and ensuring quality control standards are met. Additionally, the Operations Manager will be responsible for implementing operational policies, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, and production processes
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to supervise staff and manage teams effectively
  • Knowledge of quality control standards and operational policies
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Understanding of safety and regulatory compliance standards
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the beverage or food industry is a plus
