Key Responsibilities:

Job Title: Key Account Manager - E-Commerce (B2B Operations)

Job Summary: The Key Account Manager (KAM) - E-Commerce (B2B Operations) is responsible for managing and optimizing the operations and relationships of high-value business clients within the e-commerce space. This role ensures seamless end-to-end client operations, focusing on driving growth, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction within B2B accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Oversee day-to-day operations and relationship management for key B2B clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.

  2. Operational Excellence: Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, supply chain, tech) to ensure smooth order fulfillment, product availability, and on-time delivery.

  3. Client Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics (KPIs) for accounts, analyzing trends and performance to optimize results and achieve growth targets.

  4. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement customized strategies to improve client experience and drive long-term growth and profitability.

  5. Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, ensuring client satisfaction and minimizing disruptions.

  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on strategies, ensure smooth execution of campaigns, and introduce new offerings to clients.

  7. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on account performance, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, E-commerce, or related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B account management or operations, preferably within e-commerce or logistics.
  • Strong problem-solving and process optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously, with attention to detail.
